The salon originates from New York City on 275 west 113th street (Off Frederick Douglas blvd in Harlem NYC). Elegante Beauty Center was established in 2006 by its cofounders Isaura & Ignacio Gomez. Since then the company has grown at a rapid pace. With 3 established locations, and future plans of establishing many more around Hampton Roads area. Much of Elegante success comes from our 20yr experience in the field of Dominican hair styling & professional staff. Renowned as the best Dominican Beauty Salon in the Hampton Roads area. Elegante is quickly building a reputation for it self as it is regularly featured in  beauty and trade publications including Mix magazine, Daily news, Seven, The Link and several other local publications around the Hampton roads area.
